Michael thrives on bringing directional clarity, strategic leadership and healthy systems to organizations of all kinds -- but especially the local church.

In addition to coming alongside churches as a consultant and coach, Michael has served in executive pastor roles at churches in Dallas and Nashville.  He has a wide variety of hands-on experience leading everything from a small start-up to a multisite megachurch.  He has also been involved in launching six multisite campuses, leading teams of 200+ paid staff, raising $200M+ in various campaigns and completing 1M+ square feet of church construction projects. He is currently executive pastor at Northwest Bible Church while also serving other churches and church leaders as an extension of his work there.  Before entering full time ministry, he spent a decade the business sector serving as a commercial real estate consultant and hedge fund manager.

Michael received his undergraduate degree from Biola University and a Masters in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary.  He and his wife Amber have five children and live in a noisy but happy house in Dallas, Texas.
